How to clean tires .

It is easy to clean tires. All you have to do is follow a step by step process. There is not that much to learn when it comes to having clean tires. The most difficult part of the process is when you are dealing with hard to remove road elements. You will have to purchases a really good cleaner, or you will have to use some elbow grease. Clean tires on an automobile will either make or break the final appeal. Therefore it is important to add clean tires to your list of automotive care.

  1. The first thing that you need to do to have clean tires, is spray off mud and dust using a regular garden hose. This may take awhile especially if you are into off road driving. ;) Rest assured most of the heavy stuff will come off if you keep spraying the water.

    When it comes to your automotive care, anytime you are about to wash your car you should always do a pre-rinse.
  2. The next thing that you should do is fill a bucket with cleaner and water. This is how you will really accomplish clean tires. If you use a gentle soap and water this is the best formula you could do for clean tires! A lot of cleaning products contain acid. This acid will indeed eat away at rim and hubcap paint. Thoroughly clean tires will make the final results of the shine look better while also preventing cracking. Although it is going to require more elbow grease to wash using the less abrasive chemicals. Using soap and water is the best thing you can do. If you already tried using this to wash the them, and are not satisfied with clean tires, skip to step five.
  3. Rinse off the soap before it dries!
  4. After you are finished allow to dry. This is the only way you will know for sure if your elbow grease paid off. If you are unhappy with the results. You will have to take further measures in your automotive care.
  5. If you still have brake dust and other elements caked onto the rubber. You are going to have to purchase "Bleche Wite". This will do the job for clean tires! :) The good news is, that you will not have to use any elbow grease. There are many other products that offer automotive care that will handle your needs that you can pick up at most stores.
  6. Read the directions on the back of the bottle for proper automotive care.
  7. Spray "Bleche Wite" onto the designated area. Avoid spraying on hubcaps and rims. Remember that it will usually do more harm than good to them.
  8. Wait for about five minutes or longer depending on the instructions on the bottle. You will notice the caked on elements will just melt away.
  9. Rinse with water. Make sure that you rinse thoroughly to avoid leaving behind residue. This is important because you want to have the clean tires look. Left over residue can also fling off onto your paint.
  10. You are all finished with your automotive care! Enjoy your clean tires.
  11. If you want to make the rubber look wet and shiny. (This will make your car really stand out!) Just apply some rubber dressing. This can be purchased in almost any store.
